- Description:#Valluvarkottam was constructed by karunanidhi in 1976 in the memory of #Thiruvalluvar, who wrote his famous Thirukkuralsome 2,000 years ago. All 133 chapters and 1330 verses are inscribed on bas-relief in the front-hall's corridors. I tried to capture them they are in Tamil I took a small video of them which I will posting soon A life-size statue (33m height) of him has been installed in the 101 ft #temple chariot.
