The impressive arches of the Golkonda Fort, symmetrical and graceful, leads you into a complex labyrinth of rooms, stairways, corridors and open yards, each shrouded in layers of history. Mosques, ladies rooms, public conference rooms, war rooms, market places, this place was obviously a hub of activity in years past. Thronged by tourists, the fort has survived the ravages of time and still holds its place as a hub of activity in modern times.
